Fidgetoz is run by Yash Pahuja, 15. He chose to leave school and build full-time — teaching himself 3D design and turning a single printer into a workshop in New Panvel.
Most of what we sell is designed and printed right here, by the person whose name is on the business. That is not a slogan. It is the photo.

How it happened
From a bin of failed prints to a workshop

The kid who took things apart
Every fidget Yash owned ended up in pieces — not from rough use, but because he wanted to know why it had stopped spinning. The answer was almost always the same: a cheap bearing, a loose joint, plastic that was never meant to be handled all day.
- 🎓The big decision
Leaving school to build
The classroom was not where Yash learned best. With his family behind him, he left school to work on this full-time — and taught himself 3D design from tutorials, one failed model at a time. It was not the easy route. It was the one that fit.

Fifty prints in the bin
The first printer came from savings. The first fifty prints went straight in the bin — too tight to spin, too loose to click, walls that cracked. Getting a tolerance right to a fraction of a millimetre is most of the job, and nobody tells you that at the start.
- 🔁Getting it right
Design, print, break, repeat
Every fidget is modelled in CAD, printed, handled for days and then deliberately broken. Whatever fails gets redesigned and printed again. Nothing goes on the site that has not survived that loop.
- 🎨The turn
Your name, printed in
Owning the printers meant something no reseller could offer: a name, a school crest or a company logo built into the toy itself. The first custom batch was for a birthday. Now schools, offices and parties make up a big part of the work.

One printer became several, running side by side in a home workshop in New Panvel. Every order is still checked and packed by hand before it leaves.
Inside the workshop
No warehouse. Just printers.
There is no factory and no import container. There is a row of printers, shelves of filament in every colour, and a packing table.
Because the pieces are printed here, colours and custom names are not a special request — they are just a different file. That is why a custom order can come back as a mock-up by the next morning.
Orders placed before 4pm leave the same working day. Everything — what gets designed, what gets rejected, what the site says — is Yash's call.

Made here, not imported
Most of what we sell is designed and printed in our own workshop. What we do not make ourselves, we source and test the same way.
We break it first
Every design is handled for days and deliberately broken before it is listed. The ones that fail get redesigned, not discounted.
You get a real reply
Messages are answered by Yash, not a script. If something is wrong with an order, you are talking to the person who made it.
Custom is not an upsell
We own the printers, so a name or a logo is part of the design — not a markup. A digital mock-up before a single piece is printed.
