What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
Only what is needed to get a parcel to you and talk to you about it:
- •Name, phone number, email address and delivery address, when you place an order.
- •Your order history, so we can answer questions about past orders.
- •The brief and contact details you submit on the custom orders form.
- •Basic analytics about which pages get visited. This is not tied to your name.
What we never see
Card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs and netbanking passwords never touch our servers. Payments are handled entirely inside Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
Who we share it with
Three categories of service provider, and nobody else:
- •The courier, who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver.
- •Razorpay, to process the payment.
- •Our email provider, to send order confirmations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. There is no scenario in which your address ends up on a marketing list because you bought a pop-it from us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Custom order enquiries that never became orders are deleted after 24 months. Abandoned cart records are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Message or email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely — except records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes. We will do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and your admin session working. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
