Terms of service
The short version: we will send you what you ordered, and if we get it wrong we will fix it.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item has just sold out, or a price was listed wrongly.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund within 5 to 7 working days.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price — a data entry error rather than a genuine discount — we will contact you and either honour it, refund you, or cancel the order. We will not silently ship something else.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes, subject to a flat fee shown at checkout.
For custom and bulk orders, schools and companies may request an invoice with payment terms instead of paying at checkout.
Custom orders
Nothing is produced until you approve the digital mock-up in writing. Once approved, a custom order cannot be cancelled or returned, because it cannot be resold to anyone else.
That does not cover defects. If a custom item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from the approved mock-up, we replace it.
Age and supervision
Age guidance is shown on every product page and printed on the packaging. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Adult supervision is recommended for young children regardless of the rating.
Returns
Seven days from delivery, in original condition. Full details are on the returns page.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
