What is the minimum order?+
Twenty-five pieces for anything branded — that is where the tooling makes sense and the per-piece price drops. For a one-off personalised gift, order a single Custom Name Pop-It from the shop instead.
How much does customisation add?+
For most orders, nothing per piece — it is built into the quote. There is a one-time setup charge for a new mould, which we tell you up front in the quote rather than burying it in the total.
How fast can you turn it around?+
Mock-up in one working day. Production and dispatch in 5–7 working days for up to 200 pieces. If your date is tighter than that, say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
What file do you need for a logo?+
A vector file (SVG, AI, PDF or EPS) gives the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a photo of a school badge, send it anyway — we will redraw it and show you the proof.
Can we see a sample before committing to the full run?+
Yes. For orders over 100 pieces we will produce a single physical sample first, charged at cost and deducted from the final invoice if you go ahead.
Do you invoice, or is it prepaid?+
Both. Individuals and small orders pay online at checkout. Schools and companies get a proper GST invoice with payment terms — tell us in the brief and we will set it up.
