Orders placed before 4pm on a working day leave the same day. Here is everything else.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Saturday are packed and handed to the courier the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.
We are a small workshop: prints come off the printers through the day and the courier collects once, in the evening. That is why the cut-off is 4pm rather than the 6pm you might see elsewhere — we would rather state a time we actually hit.
- •Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
- •Custom and bulk orders take 5 to 7 working days after you approve the mock-up.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- •Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- •Other cities and towns — 4 to 6 working days
- •Remote and North-East pin codes — 6 to 9 working days
Shipping charges
Pay online and shipping is free, at any order value. This is deliberate — prepaid orders cost us far less to fulfil, and we would rather pass that on than run a threshold.
Cash on delivery adds a flat ₹79, waived on orders over ₹999.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it has been more than 48 hours since dispatch and tracking has not moved, message us — we will chase the courier so you do not have to.
If something goes wrong
Parcel marked delivered but not received: tell us within 48 hours and we will raise it with the courier and, if it cannot be found, resend the order at our cost.
Damaged in transit: send us the unboxing video and photos of the packaging. We replace it, no argument. This is the whole reason we ask you to film the unboxing.
